Just a Tips :

You can speed up your Windows boot process and increase the amount of free RAM by reducing the number of programs in your Windows startup list. So you may wish to consider removing all unused programs from the startup list.

How do I know which programs that I should disable/delete?

Unfortunately, you have to decide this by your self. In the command field you can see the location of each program. If unsure, it is often useful to visit the directory (folder) to get more information about the program.
